5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or do not match the description. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping fees for returns will be covered by Home Living only if the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect subjected to the conditions above.
